It is a large holiday home with approx. 250m² of living space on two floors, on a 800 m² private plot. This villa is one of the exclusive group of six units at Salobre Golf Resort. It is also characterised by its excellent location with wonderful views over the green and, thanks to its location, offers you peace and relaxation as well as plenty of space and privacy.

Of course, the house is not just a dream home for golfers, but for anyone who values comfort and high-quality equipment/furnishings on holiday, especially its own pool, which can be heated.

For golfers it is important to know that hole 1 is only about 200 metres away. The clubhouse and other resort facilities (reception, supermarket, boutiques, bus stop, taxi and waste disposal) are in the immediate vicinity. The dune beaches of Playa Maspalomas and Playa Ingles are only about 10 minutes away by car.

On request, you can purchase a discounted VIP CARD for the Sheraton Hotel (use of swimming pools, towels, changing rooms, fitness centre, parking).

The soft colours, the modern high-quality furniture and the corresponding accessories give the living room a cosy and open ambience. Modern hi-fi equipment such as a plasma TV with international programmes and a DVD player ensure your relaxation and entertainment.
Next door is the fitted kitchen in a modern design with complete equipment: dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc...

One of the 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with spacious large wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with large shower, two sinks, WC and bidet is located on the ground floor. Modern and functional design, the beautiful view of the garden and of course large patio doors through which you enter directly into the garden are part of the bedroom. The two other bedrooms are located on the upper floor and share a bathroom.

Two spacious terraces invite you to have breakfast, relax and spend evenings with friends or family. The ‘GREEN DESIGN’ patio furniture will make you feel at home while you enjoy the beautiful views and the fantastic private heated pool (pool heating not included in the price) with salt water.

One child under 2 years does not pay extra for a cot. Cot and high chair will only be provided if requested! Please let us know when booking.
Pool heating on request
A deposit of EUR 450 is required for additional costs. This deposit will be refunded in full after check-out if no damage is found.
Pets (small dog) on request only
This house is located in a residential area, therefore any activity that could disturb other guests or neighbours is expressly prohibited.
Non-smoking holiday home. The outdoor area and terrace are available for this passion. Please note this for subsequent guests

The club-house (restaurant, mini-market) in 3 minutes on foot, the GOLF AND SPA SHERATON SALOBRE in 15 minutes on foot. There is a huge variety of shopping centres, supermarkets and many restaurants in Maspalomas and Playa Ingles (8 minutes by car).
