The holiday house "Las Terrazas 12" is modern and comfortably furnished and offers a beautiful outdoor area with terrace with adjoining lawn and a private pool.

The living room is spacious with a dining area and open modern kitchen and wonderful views outside onto the large terrace with dining area.

Flat TV, DVD, international satellite TV, free radio, washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ grill, wifi and much more that you need for a comfortable home on holiday is available.

The 4 person house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You also have a beautiful view outside from both bedrooms.

• A child under 2 years does not pay extra for a baby cot. Cot and high chair are only provided if requested! Please let us know when booking
• Pool heating on request and for a fee
• A deposit of EUR 350 is required for incidental expenses. This deposit will be refunded in full after check-out, provided no damage has been found

• This house is located in a residential area, therefore any activity that could disturb other guests or neighbours is expressly prohibited
• Non-smoking holiday home. The outdoor area and terrace are available for this passion. Please note this for subsequent guests
