The bungalow-style holiday home Villa par4/7 is part of an exclusive residencial at Salobre Golf Resort. Situated between two golf courses, it offers a private atmosphere with a private pool that can be heated on request. The interior and exterior are modern and tastefully designed. The holiday home is definitely an ideal place to enjoy the peace, quiet and intimacy that the resort in the south of Gran Canaria has to offer.

The golf course ‘Salobre Golf Resort’ is located above Maspalomas. Hole 1 is only a 15-minute walk away, as is the club restaurant and the small supermarket. The HOTEL SHERATON SALOBRE GOLF & SPA is only approx. 5 minutes away. The most important beaches can be reached by car in just 10 minutes: Maspalomas, Amadores, Puerto Rico and Playa del Ingles.

The climate in Maspalomas offers the best conditions all year round. There are numerous activities on offer to keep you entertained during your holiday. Whether snorkelling, diving, surfing, golfing, hiking, a visit to an amusement park, a shopping trip or simply sunbathing on one of the beautiful sandy beaches... There's something for everyone here!

The holiday home offers a large living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen with all electrical appliances including Nespresso, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace and garden.

The comfortable living room impresses with its modern design and decoration. Features include a Smart TV, a video and iPod docking station and free WiFi. The sliding glass doors offer a wonderful view of the terrace, the pool and the beautiful garden.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has direct access to the garden and an exceptional panoramic view - because you can see the sunrise directly from your bed. The two smaller bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, share the 2nd bathroom with a spacious shower, WC and bathtub.

In front of the living room is the wide terrace with a comfortable chill-out sofa area and a dining table for 8 people. The large heated pool (8m x 4m) is surrounded by a lawn and there is also a barbecue.

A deposit of EUR 450 is required for additional costs. This deposit will be refunded in full after check-out if no damage is found.

This house is located in a residential area, therefore any activity that could disturb other guests or neighbours is expressly prohibited.
