Property description
The holiday house "Villa par 4/9" with private pool for up to 6 people is located in the Salobre Golf Resorts in the south of Gran Canaria. Between two golf courses, you will stay here in a private atmosphere with a private pool. The interior and exterior are tastefully decorated.
The golf course is located in the south of Gran Canaria above Maspalomas. It is only a 15-minute walk to hole 1, as well as to the club restaurant or the small supermarket. The HOTEL SHERATON SALOBRE GOLF & SPA is only about 5 minutes away. The most important beaches can be reached by car in only 10 minutes: Maspalomas, Amadores, Puerto Rico and Playa del Ingles.
Notice:
- This is a non-smoking holiday house. The outdoor area and terrace are available for this passion. Please note this for following guests.
- Upon request, you can purchase a discounted VIP card for the Sheraton Hotel (use of swimming pools, towels, changing rooms, fitness centre, parking).
Equipment
The holiday house is modern, very bright and equipped with many details and has air conditioning with heating function.
The kitchen offers you every comfort including a dishwasher. The living room and dining room merge into one another. The living room is connected to the terrace by a large sliding door.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. The two other bedrooms are each with 2 single beds and share the 2nd bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the pool and due to the sliding glass doors a beautiful view of the garden.
The pool is heatable with an extra charge per week, there is a barbecue and outdoor dining area and a large garden.
